In no event will NZmark Pte Ltd be liable for any decision made or action taken in reliance upon the information provided through this Program. NZmark Pte Ltd SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COMPENSATORY OR NON-COMPENSATORY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, with respect to any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of this Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Administering and planning your participation in the Program.

• Processing rewards, redemptions, and payments for the Program.

• Responding to your queries and obtaining your feedback on your Program experience.

B. Consent for Disclosure to Third Parties:

You agree that it may be necessary for NZmark Pte Ltd to disclose your personal data with our agents/service providers, as well as third parties funding and/or jointly organising the Program, in relation to the purposes stated above.

C. Consent for Marketing, Publicity, and Image Use:

You further agree and consent to:

• Receiving updates and news on future Programs organized by NZmark Pte Ltd and/or its partner organizations which may be of interest to you.

• The use of visual images, photographs, and/or video recordings of yourself captured during the Program (the “Images”) for marketing, publicity, and reporting purposes in Program publications, on the Program's website, or other related websites and media.

Withdrawal of Image Consent: If you request NZmark Pte Ltd to cease using your Images at any time, they will not be used in future publications or promotions. However, you acknowledge that the Images may continue to appear in publications, materials, or media already produced or in circulation at the time of your withdrawal.
